Customer Service Officer OES/ Demand Planning

YOUR TASKS:


  • First point of contact for customers, key account management sales, and group planning regarding deliveries and demands
  • Checking and confirming delivery calls
  • Planning shipments to European OE customers
  • Coordination with RONAL production plants, group SCM, and production planning
  • Coordination with escalation team in case of major demand fluctuations/ demands outside of the agreement
  • Maintaining customer portals (regarding demands) and contract data
  • Creating reports/ key figures/ presentations

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Qualified commercial education
  • Min. 23 years of professional experience in the field of logistics/ freight forwarding
