Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a
HR Specialist Recruiting (m/f/d) in full-time for our client, an internationally operating industrial company.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar with relevant work experience, or comparable commercial training with several years of experience in personnel administration

- additional knowledge in HR processes and systems is required
- acquisition of intercultural communication skills for complex consulting and transfer activities
- extensive knowledge in personnel management and in-depth knowledge of labor law
- proficient in GBS HR system landscape, including key user experience (e.g. SuccessFactors, OpenText, Taleo, ServiceNow, MS Office)
- project management experience
- fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- friendly and customer-oriented personality

The job:

- responsible for successful preliminary coordination and planning of job clarification discussions with departments and HR business partners based on new personnel requirements
- application of appropriate search strategies by formulating and publishing
