Pay and Benefits:


Hourly Base Pay
:
$20 - $23 + Bonus


Bi-Weekly Bonus
:
$160 - $300

  • Friday: 10 am 5:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide 5star customer service every day. After all, without helping people we do not exist
  • Accurately enter client information and convert incoming calls into booked opportunities
  • Take pride in the quality of work you create
  • Manage client satisfaction, with happy calls, cards and responding to reviews
  • Be a part of a team where you are empowered to share ideas to improve processes and the customer experience
  • Take ownership of each client's satisfaction from start to finish
  • Have a great attitude and be willing to learn and grow every day

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 45 words per minute typing abilities
  • Tech Savvy you are proficient with using a computer with multiple monitors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Selfmotivated individual who enjoys winning as a team
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and peoplecentric focus
  • Great problemsolving skills and ability to collaborate

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, talking on the phone and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
