"The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

Starting on September 1st, 2024, we are looking for you to join our 3-year apprenticeship program as a Traffic Service Clerk (m/f/d) at DB Vertrieb GmbH in Landshut. The vocational school is located in Nuremberg.
What to expect during your apprenticeship:
  • You will advise our customers on travel planning, ticket purchases, and service inquiries at our DB travel centers
  • Learn the basics of customer service and gain knowledge about our travel offers and services
  • You will be an integral part of the team from the beginning and embody our hospitality with all your heart
  • Working with modern communication and sales systems will be part of your daily tasks
  • You will also get a behind-the-scenes look at railway operations and work together with different stakeholders at the train station
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed school (or will soon) and have good language skills
  • Customer and service orientation are important to you
  • You enjoy interacting with people from different cultures
  • You can stay calm and organized even in difficult situations
