We are looking for a
Service Case Processor to join our service department at our Wiesbaden location.

Your responsibilities will include:

Independently and responsibly handling commercial tasks, either as part of a team or on your own with team support
Supporting our international and national customers by processing service cases for our PoliScan products
Acting as the point of contact for all commercial matters at the location and organizing necessary tasks for the completion of service business

What can you expect?

Processing, managing, and tracking service cases and maintenance contracts
Creating cost estimates and preparing invoices
Documenting all relevant service data (e.g. for system repairs) and making them available for specific orders
Preparing customer systems and components for shipping and personal pickup
Supporting the application and development of internal documentation structures
