Your tasks

Operational responsibility for a decentralized ERP support team, which is responsible for the ERP system proALPHA and related applications (warehouse management system, field service applications)
Professional organization, coordination, motivation, and development of our ERP support team at the Ostenfeld and Bremen locations
Planning, organization, and implementation of necessary trainings for the ERP support team as well as for users and user groups
Answering and providing assistance for complex questions and issues from ERP users
Utilizing technical and professional knowledge to optimize work processes and introduce new applications and systems
Supporting team members in the application of change management for the introduction of new systems or changes to existing work processes
System monitoring and ensuring system operation
