This position at Cobra Tire & Auto Service is the first point of contact for customers and plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

This position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a basic understanding of automotive repair.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding their vehicles and repairs.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
  • Process payments and issue invoices.

Communication:


  • Actively listen to customer needs and communicate them effectively to the service technicians.
  • Explain repair recommendations to customers in clear and understandable terms, outlining the benefits and costs involved.
  • Follow up with customers on the status of their repairs and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive repair is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Shift:

  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
