This position at Cobra Tire & Auto Service is the first point of contact for customers and plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
This position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a basic understanding of automotive repair.Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding their vehicles and repairs.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
Communication:
- Actively listen to customer needs and communicate them effectively to the service technicians.
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in clear and understandable terms, outlining the benefits and costs involved.
- Follow up with customers on the status of their repairs and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive repair is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Shift:
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location:
In person
