The St. Vincenz Hospital Society, under the management of two foundations, consisting of two hospitals, two medical centers, and a service company with around 1,850 employees, is seeking a


Receptionist (m/f/d) in part-time for our location in Belvue, KS.


As the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and guests of the hospital, you will represent our hospital with your friendliness and attentive manner, leaving a positive first impression.

Your shifts will be scheduled for morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.


Your responsibilities:


  • Handling all incoming phone calls
  • Issuing phone cards, headphones, and WiFi access
  • Monitoring camera monitors
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administrative tasks such as admitting patients with statutory and private insurance, as well as selfpayers, recording work and school accidents in Orbis, etc.
  • Private patient agreements
  • Regulating the entrance of ambulances and suppliers

Your profile:


  • You have completed training as a hotel clerk, healthcare management assistant, or have a medical background, alternatively a commercial training with frequent customer contact.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of empathy for our patients and their families.
  • High flexibility and resilience.
  • A wellgroomed, exemplary, and representative appearance, as well as a confident handling of different cultures, are familiar to you.
