We are looking for a temporary employee (m/f/d) for the Social Services Department, Social Affairs Division, for the Integration Assistance department, starting as soon as possible and with the option of extension until the end of 2024.**The Social Services Department is responsible for social welfare benefits, benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, economic assistance in housing emergencies, assistance in case of threatened energy supply cut-off, determination of severe disability status/state blind allowance, benefits under the Housing Allowance Act, and benefits for education and participation.

The Social Affairs Division is responsible for integration assistance and guardianship matters.


The position will be filled on a temporary basis without justification according to Section of the Part-time and Fixed-term Employment Act.

This means that we cannot consider your application in the selection process if you have already worked for the City of Leipzig, including all public enterprises, or are currently employed on a fixed-term basis.
