**Primary Purpose** :
Provide instructions to housekeeping personnel.

**Essential Functions** :
Instructs personnel with daily cleaning changes.
Manages the workflow and support all housekeeping employees.
Tours off-site facilities to ensure all aspects of housekeeping duties are being completed.
Inventories cleaning supply levels for re-ordering.
Coordinates safety meetings and provide training.
Ensures proper labeling of chemicals used for cleaning.
Assists in the materials recycling program with reports provided to the supervisor.
Coordinates special cleaning assignments with the opposite Lead.
Provides new employee training.
Continually works with and assists other employees.
May assist in Security related tasks/responsibilities
May fill in as a Security Shift Leader as needed
On-call to assist with maintenance work orders as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
**Physical and Other Requirements** :
Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Communicate: Frequently communicate with others.
PPE: Biohazard laboratory environment that requires use of personal protective equipment in accordance with CDC and OSHA regulations and company policies.
ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures.
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
