Responsibilities:


  • Identifies factors required to provide cost and price information data.
  • Provides analyses of cost data and makes recommendations to management regarding price. Analyzes complex cost data to determine projected profits or potential losses including risk analysis. Analyzes and presents alternative pricing scenarios with varying risk tradeoffs.
  • Develop pricing strategy & coordinate with Sales to build a winning pricing proposal that incorporates financial objectives and is fully compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and other related pricing laws, regulations, and guidelines to minimize legal and financial exposure. Ensure that proposals meet the definition of an adequate proposal per FAR guidelines.
  • Represents the company in highlevel contract negotiations by providing information and influencing the process in the best business interest of the company.
  • Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
  • Use existing pricing model as well as build subsidiary spreadsheets utilizing MS Excel to comply with various customer requirements.
  • Generate detailed pricing utilizing estimates, pricing model, proposal structure, and pricing strategy.
  • Develop cost estimating relationships, conduct studies and perform special projects as required.
  • Interface with DCAA to provide supporting data and justification during audit.
  • Support customer evaluation/factfinding phase and negotiations while operating as the pricing lead.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Science in Business from accredited 4year University. 03 years' Experience in an Electronic Component Manufacturing environment
  • Some Relevant Experience in developing cost and pricing proposals for electronic components in Aerospace and Defense Markets.
  • Experience in MS Excel and other Microsoft software packages
  • Experience in MRP Systems and extracting cost and manufacturing data from a MRP System
  • Excellent communication skill sets
  • Experience in dealing with cross functional teams especially Engineering, Purchasing, Sales & Program Management
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Salary Range:
$59,400.00-$79,310.000
