Description
The Office Administrator's main responsibility will be to support the project management staff and executive team.Office Administrator duties and responsibilities:
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provides historical reference by maintaining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Implements office policies through standards and procedures, measures results against standards, and makes necessary adjustments.
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft 365 Suite, Timberline or ProContractor by Viewpoint, ProCore and various federal government systems

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required
