Description
The Office Administrator's main responsibility will be to support the project management staff and executive team.


Office Administrator duties and responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by maintaining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Implements office policies through standards and procedures, measures results against standards, and makes necessary adjustments.
Office Administrator Qualifications

  • Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft 365 Suite, Timberline or ProContractor by Viewpoint, ProCore and various federal government systems
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Criticalthinker and problemsolver

  • Reporting skills
Office Administrator Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Construction industry experience preferred but not required
