Employee Technical Order Processing - Coldspring, TX, United States - Redwood Ventures
Description
Your responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining work plans, bills of materials, and delivery schedules (e.g. in MS-Project)
- Creating, processing, and completing production orders
- Assisting with the implementation of production control
- Creating sample cost calculations, evaluations, and postcalculation reports; tracking key performance indicators
- Assisting with the evaluation of technical feasibility for product inquiries
- Supporting the supervision of inspectors
- Direct communication with customers, suppliers, and service providers regarding delivery deadlines
- First sample inspection at suppliers and service providers
- Assisting with the documentation and distribution of work instructions
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Additional qualification as a technician or similar further education desired
- Several years of production experience or experience in order processing advantageous
- Good technical understanding (specifications, knowledge of stainless steel processing)
- Good and proficient knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Good English skills in speaking and writing (Level B)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High commitment and willingness to perform
