Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) Management | Fürth/Odenwald, St. Bonaventure, NY
We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager for our residential facility in Fürth, starting on September 1st, 2024.

Responsibilities:

Point of contact for daily questions from the pedagogical and other professional staff (caregivers) at the residential facility
Care, support, and assistance for people with disabilities, including multiple disabilities, in the area of residential living
Development and implementation of residential and support services for the Odenwald region
Supervision of subordinate employees
Ensuring operations while considering economic and entrepreneurial conditions and representing the role of the employer
Management and organization of the Fürth residential facility
Encouraging, implementing, and reflecting on the pedagogical attitudes of the team members
Coordination and scheduling, creation of work schedules
Monitoring the implementation of quality measures in daily operations

Your profile should include:

Social pedagogue (m/f/d) or similar qualification with experience in integration assistance, or educator/heilpedagogue (m/f/d) with several years of experience in special residential forms
Consideration of the mission statement and concepts in daily actions
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law
Ability to continue developing oneself and the field of expertise
Positive attitude towards work and one's own role
