Facility Manager (m/f/d) at Senioren-Wohnpark Bad Belzig: for our nursing facility.

- independent management of the facility according to the quality management manual
- leadership and motivation of staff
- personnel planning and development
- economic budget responsibility
- representation of the facility internally and externally
- close and targeted communication and relationship management with residents, payers, authorities, etc.
- design of person-centered and efficient work processes and procedures
- compliance with company guidelines and standards
- implementation of the quality management standards of the carrier
- responsibility for occupancy management
