Tasks

  • You give our car dealership a face, voice, and personality and are the center between our customers and our service team.
  • You support our service team in their organizational and commercial tasks.
  • Telephone and personal appointment planning, taking into account workshop capacity.
  • Creating invoices and credit notes.
Qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or ideally have several years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Customeroriented way of working.
  • Willingness to further education and information.
  • Independent, structured, and organized way of working.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
