  • Responsibilities:
  • In the breakfast kitchen:
  • You support in setting up and maintaining our breakfast buffet. This includes preparing egg dishes, pancakes, bacon, and more. Additionally, you are responsible for filling and decorating our serving platters and bowls.
  • In the preparation kitchen:
  • You assist in all preparatory tasks for the cold and hot kitchen, such as making delicious salads, sandwiches, and desserts.
  • In the dishwashing kitchen:
  • Using our modern dishwashers, you clean dishes, cutlery, and glasses from our restaurants.
  • You ensure general cleanliness in your area.
  • In the evening service:
  • Depending on the hotel, you may be directly involved in food preparation in the front-cooking areas, such as our lava stone grill, or in the backstage areas of our kitchens.
