Responsibilities

• Providing telephone support and advice on the Energy Professionals' electricity rates and services
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Creating and maintaining customer data in the database
• Resolving customer problems and complaints
• Conducting contract agreements and changes

Qualifications

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
• Basic knowledge of energy supply is a plus
