Maximizing Throughput on Fixed Assets and Overheads


Often small to medium sized business operations cannot afford large additional capital investment in facilities or equipment. Consequently, learning to maximize production and cost-efficiency is key to doing well.

A while back,I made the following presentation to an industry seminar at the International Marina and Boatyard Conference (IMBC) in Tampa.
