A Milestone in Expanding Museum Access
One of the most meaningful initiatives I led at a historic house museum was expanding access through virtual tours. By building structured systems for scheduling and delivery, we were able to bring the museum experience to audiences anywhere.
At one point, we hosted a virtual tour for 400 students at a single time — something that would not have been possible within the physical space of the museum. Expanding access while maintaining organization and coordination was both a logistical and operational milestone.
