We are searching for a Social Media and Communications Specialist who brings creativity and an eye for detail to produce engaging content. This position will collaborate closely with our Editing Manager to craft and distribute video content across various social platforms, emphasizing TikTok. Ideal for a candidate who is not just passionate about social media, especially TikTok, but also skilled at customizing content to effectively engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Editing Manager to devise, create, and share captivating video content on social media platforms, focusing primarily on TikTok.
Produce content that includes customer case studies, client interviews, and videos with viral potential to boost brand visibility and engage the audience.
Develop and apply strategies to enhance brand awareness and connect with the target audience via social media channels.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate scouting, and other logistical aspects essential for creating high-quality, relevant videos.
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to continuously improve the content strategy and its implementation.

Requirements:

Excellent proficiency in content creation and social media platform management, with TikTok expertise highly valued.
Based in Austin, Texas.
A proven track record of enthusiasm and experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Strong organizational abilities, especially in managing schedules and overseeing the logistics of interview and video production processes.
Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, adjusting content strategies to match evolving trends and audience preferences.
