Your Role: We Value Collaboration and Diversity As an Key Account Manager, you will be a crucial member of our team, whether you choose to work remotely or at our office. We're looking for a proactive, independent team player with experience in job board or recruitment sales. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional European languages is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client presentations and sales meetings, both virtually and in-person.
Drive direct and indirect sales through various communication channels.
Provide ongoing support and upsell to clients.
Analyze campaign performance for optimization.
Develop and manage relationships with advertising agencies at all decision-making levels.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.

Your Experience and Skills:

At least 1 year in a similar role.
Proven success in business development and consultative selling.
Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with senior-level executives.
Strong analytical ability and data storytelling skills.
Responsibility for accurate sales forecasting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
