The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused
Director of Business Development to join our team This position is responsible for achieving and maintaining occupancy goals for the Health Center, Assisted Living and Memory Care. You'll Identify and build key relationships with physicians, senior living providers, home health agencies and other healthcare providers.


Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Director of Business Development:


  • Responsible for the development and strategizing the teams sales plan (can be monthly or quarterly depending on the levels of care), competitive analysis, and planning of all marketing events and materials.
  • Responsible for meeting the community's sales and occupancy levels in accordance with the marketing plan. Results are achieved through presentations, community tours, and building relationships with area providers to create a stream of referrals.
  • Oversees the preparation of monthly admissions/sales reports, monthly budget reports, quarterly and annual strategic plans and other reports utilized to target marketing efforts and make operational decisions.
  • Oversees the admission process from incoming referral/inquiry to admission/movein.
  • Actively communicates with prospective residents/guests, family members, and key influencers (physician, attorney, trust officer, as appropriate) to generate sales activity required to meet sales goals. This includes frequent personal contact including but not limited to telephone calls, home or office visits, letters and tours and all virtual variations of these types of appointments.
  • Participates in the coordination of direct mail pieces, collateral material and print advertising.

Experience:


  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, public relations, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of sales and marketing experience in
    health care or assisted living environment or similar sales management experience, is required

  • One (1) year of leadership and management experience is required.
