The European Site & Network Management continuously develops and ensures the competitiveness of BASF's major European sites. We manage the perfect integration of infrastructure, operational services, personnel services, and logistics with production at these sites. This ensures the basic supply of the company's divisions, enabling them to successfully operate in the market. In addition, we provide advice to the plants on all matters related to environmental protection, occupational and plant safety, health protection, and regulatory law.

RESPONSIBILITIES



From Ludwigshafen, our interdisciplinary team drives the digital transformation at three sites across Europe. We accompany Industry 4.0 projects from idea generation to prototyping and implementation in production and infrastructure. We use a wide range of modern methods from agile software development, data science, machine learning, statistics, and scientific computing, and rely on flat hierarchies.

  • As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will work with us to develop complete Industry 4.0 solutions from a single source. You support us throughout the process from conception to deployment of the solution, and are responsible for your own area of expertise whenever possible.
  • You work closely with colleagues on site and a cross-functional expert network. The focus of your work will depend on your interests and skills.
