We are currently seeking employees (m/f/d) for our social pedagogical department, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities
  • You will provide advice to beneficiaries and their trusted persons regarding support services.
  • You will work together with services and facilities of the independent welfare organizations, private providers, and the district of Unterfranken.
  • You will implement the overall planning and participation process for people with disabilities and their medical, therapeutic, and potentially supplementary nursing needs.
