- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the wealth management industry, with strong knowledge in wealth management. Experience within an advisor-friendly trust model is a plus.
- A thorough understanding of the needs of wealth management clients.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry.
- Product development and project management expertise.
- A management style consistent with a team oriented, collaborative business environment.
- Executive presence, communication, and relationship management skills. Presentation skills at the most senior levels.
- Knowledge of investment management regulations, compliance and other wealth management matters.
- Undergraduate degree required (BS/BA). MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
- Financial designations such as CFP, CFA, or CPA a plus.
- Financial Planning experience preferred.
