- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger integrity.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors during annual or semi-annual audits.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations and recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in running audits and addressing any audit findings.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of Accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Accounting software's.
- Financial statement preparation, general ledger management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
