After appropriate training, independent testing of electrically intrinsically safe devices for their intended use in hazardous areas Project manager for certification projects and international market approvals (ATEX, IECEx, CCC, KOSHA, NRTL, INMETRO, etc.) Calculation of testing and certification costs, creation of test plans Support of sales in customer acquisition Support in securing and expanding our accreditations Participation in national and international technical committees Training as an auditor for the management system according to EN IEC possible

Qualifications Completed (technical) university degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable education At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a testing laboratory, at a notified body or at the manufacturer Extensive knowledge of the ATEX directive and the rules of the IECEx system Extensive knowledge of the ignition protection type intrinsic safety.

Knowledge of other ignition protection types, e.g. optical radiation or encapsulation, is advantageous Experience in analyzing electronic circuits desirable Willingness to travel on business in Germany and abroad Teamwork skills Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs High willingness to further education Confident appearance and competent handling of customers Very good English skills in spoken and written form
