RN Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the comprehensive care of patients
- Document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their mental health condition and treatment options
RN Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in CA
- Must be available to work nights
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
