Commercial Service Agent - Chicago Heights, United States - Preferred Window and Door

Description

Maintain a positive team attitude and willingness to learn new processes in order to best support Commercial Service Operations at Preferred Window and Door.

• Take calls from technicians that have diagnosed reported concerns, and obtain customer approval on calculated pricing prior to repair.
• Communicate status of repairs to the dispatch department
• Coordinate delivery of parts to the field as needed
• Process information submitted by technicians in a timely manner, preparing paperwork to return for final repairs as necessary.
• Write invoices for completed service calls.
• Update customers on status of repairs
• Complete tasks as assigned by Director of CAD

• Must type 60 WPM. (Minimum).
• Must be comfortable with the use of all forms of office equipment.
• Must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be able to read and write English legibly and accurately.
• Must have the ability actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing.
• Must have neat appearance.
• Must have good eyesight or wear corrective lenses (glasses or contacts).
• Must have basic arithmetic skills to allow basic addition and subtraction.
• Must be able to pass a standard drug test.
