    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, testing, and physical therapy treatments for patients with complex medical conditions.
    • Supervise staff, develop training programs, and ensure quality patient care standards are met.
    • Provide guidance and instruction to support efficient operations and supervise students and staff.
    • Collaborate with the patient care team, patients, and family members to ensure effective communication and care.
    • Assess complex patients, assist in peer reviews when needed, and educate patients and families on care.
    • Develop and implement customized treatment plans with measurable goals and adjust as needed.
    • Deliver direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and plan for post-discharge care.
    • Recommend and obtain necessary equipment, provide clinical guidance, and conduct training sessions.

    Requirements:

    • Graduation from a physical therapy school accredited by APTA.
    • License as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
    • Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
