    Peak Physical Therapy, a division of Upstream Rehabilitation, is currently hiring a Physical Therapist in The Colony

    Up to $7500 Sign On Bonus

    $ $90000 / year - Sign-On-Bonus

    This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications.

    Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Current or pending state licensure

    Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

    Drive to pursue personal and professional goals


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on each patients' specific needs

    Connects interpersonally with patients, and clinical team within your organization

    Setting and achieving personal and professional goals

    Understand and live the company's mission, vision, values and operational standards

    Serving our patients with high quality care

    Executes great customer service experiences

    Open to new opportunities within

    Driven to continually learn through our professional growth opportunities
