Front desk / Aesthetician

Jupiter, FL

L.A.B. is currently seeking a skilled and passionate front desk / Aesthetician to join our dynamic team in Jupiter. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional services to enhance our clients' well-being and confidence.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Front Desk: Answer phone, make appointments, check patients in and out, EMR experience preferred, HiPAA Certificate a plus, opening and closing duties.

Aesthetician: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and concerns. Customize skincare and beauty treatment plans based on individual client requirements. Treatment Administration:

Administer a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other aesthetic procedures. Ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for clients during treatments. Product Knowledge and Recommendations:

Stay informed about the latest skincare products, techniques, and trends in the beauty industry. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend suitable products for home care. Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, products used, and client preferences. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in client record-keeping. Collaboration:

Collaborate with other beauty professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive client care. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new and effective techniques into your practice. Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Qualifications:

Current Aesthetician license in Florida; Proven experience in administering skincare treatments; Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and their efficacy; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to client satisfaction and safety; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
