Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and products (e.g. lamination, panel saw, edge bander, CNC's, paint finisher.
- Follow production orders and specifications.
- Adjust machine settings for orders and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Create boxes and stage for orders.
- Inspect products for defects throughout production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- May be required to operate a forklift and complete daily forklift inspections.
- Follow safety procedures and policies when performing production duties.
- Clean work area daily.
- Models and fosters a safetyoriented work environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of the team.
- Ability to use basic technology (e.g., tablet) for production processes and communication.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a crossfunctional team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, HSED or equivalent experience.
- 12 years' production experience preferred.
