Primary Responsibilities:

Project Support:
- Execute project tasks aligned with project plans.
- Provide support on largescale web projects.
- Assist in testing and documentation efforts.
Web Operations:
- Regularly update NAHB's web platforms.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain accurate, timely and consistent messaging.
- Innovate in presenting existing content.
Web Solutions and Support:
- Engage with departments to understand online solution needs.
- Gather project requirements and advise on web content distribution.
- Conduct QA to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proven internet customer service experience with a portfolio of developed solutions.
- Selfmotivated with an ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in breaking down complex systems for development.
- Strong understanding of web capabilities, ecommerce structures and user experience.
- Knowledge of interactive production processes including graphics, web page production and basic programming.
