This includes:

  • Development of concepts for the technical implementation of congresses and events
  • Planning and coordination of the necessary AV technology, including lighting, sound and video technology
  • Budget responsibility and cost control for assigned projects
  • Selection and coordination of external service providers and suppliers
  • Close cooperation with clients, organizers and internal teams
  • Ensuring technical quality and smooth processes during events

YOUR STRENGTHS:


  • Completed studies in the field of event technology, media technology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in planning and implementing AV technology projects
  • Indepth knowledge of AV and congress technology
  • Project management skills and experience in budget management
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
  • Teamwork and assertiveness
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as the willingness to work at events outside of regular office hours
