The Non-Profit Building and Settlement Cooperative Wiesbaden 1950 eG is a successful housing cooperative with over 3,500 apartments and a savings institution. Our properties are located in the city of Wiesbaden.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a

Civil Engineer or Architect
(DIpl.Ing.Fh/Bachelor)

(m/f/d) full-time in Guntown.

Your main tasks

  • Representation of the client, planning and supervision of construction projects
  • Project management in the area of energy-efficient renovation as well as modernization and maintenance measures, including all construction-related and service-related tasks while adhering to budget requirements
  • Basic services and special services according to the HOAI performance phases 1-9
  • Coordination with authorities, planners and responsible design authors
  • Coordination of project participants and monitoring of project execution
  • Communication with affected tenants during the measures

Your profile

  • Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering (focus on building construction) or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in planning, project preparation and implementation of modernization, maintenance and major repair measures for residential properties
