What you will be doing with us:

  • Participation in work preparation as well as in the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
  • On-site construction management for all trades involved in turnkey construction
  • Execution of process and schedule control for individual construction processes
  • Cost control using company control systems
  • Final settlements with the client, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Productive and collaborative cooperation with subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant knowledge
  • Professional experience in operational construction management in turnkey construction
  • Excellent technical understanding
  • Negotiation skills, communication skills, assertiveness, and strong teamwork
