Business Manager (Medical Front Office)

Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies is hiring for a full-time Business Manager to manage the administrative roles required of the front desk in a privately owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic, in the
Tyrone area of St.

Petersburg, FL.

Schedule is as follows:
Monday - Friday (Schedule to be determined) _Shifts are 8 hours long with a 1-hour lunchbreak._

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing office needs such as analyzing reports, analyzing and overseeing the schedule, prepping all charts for accuracy clearance / prep for billing, help mentor the assistant business managers, along with the standard front desk duties to include _
top notch_ excellent customer service skills, answering phones, scheduling patients, verification of insurance benefits, requesting and obtaining authorizations, greeting and assisting patients & therapists with administrative needs, determining and taking patient payments and understanding requirements of the EMR system.

This position will start at a minimum of $18/hour salaried and up, depending on experience, with the potential of earning a quarterly bonus up to 10% of your salary.

This is a salary position in which overtime will not be paid. The position also offers medical and supplemental benefits after probationary period. Please let us know your pay requirement in your cover letter.

Training will be hands on at the front desk while being paid.
