Qualified applicants will have either a bachelor's degree or paralegal certification and experience as a insurance defense, commercial law, med-mal, and civil litigation paralegal conducting investigations, research, preparing answers and responses to discovery, preparing subpoenas, requesting medical records, reviewing medical records and medical billing statements, trial preparation and trial.
