Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Support office management and staff with various tasks
- Assist therapists with insurance related calls and inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service as a Mental Health office receptionist
Requirements:
- Knowledge in QuickBooks for financial record keeping a plus
- Experience in office management
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with insurance procedures is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently and effectively

From $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
