Our ideal hire would be self-motivated, detail-oriented, smart/hard worker, honest, positive, adaptable, and a good communicator. It is important that our customers see our technicians as Pool Professionals and not just another "pool guy/girl." Experience is required, however we are willing to train if you are willing to learn
Daily Responsibilities include

• Quoting, troubleshooting, installing, and repairs on pool equipment including heaters, lights, automation, blowers, pumps, filters, timers, pool cleaners, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, and galvanized plumbing.
• Communicating effectively with office and customers
• Maintaining a professional and clean demeanor and appearance
• The ability to manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed
• The ability to spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products
• Must have or be willing to attain RAIL License
• Must be willing to continue their education and certifications, attend workshops, classes, seminars, from industry leaders and manufacturers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• Clean Driving Record
• Authorized to work in the US
• Willing to undergo a background check
• Be able to lift 100lbs by yourself
• Able to work in all weather conditions (heat,cold,rain etc)

$ $35.00 per hour
