TITLE: CUSTODIAN LEAD
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs; push items up to 120 lbs

REPORTS TO:
Executive Director

JOB GOAL(S) To maintain school buildings and systems to provide a safe, clean environment for school operations
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be on time and in uniform.
Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and urinals
Clean tile walls and partitions with disinfectant cleaner.
Clean and polish metal dispensers, fixtures and mirrors.
Restock restroom paper and soap products.
Empty and disinfect sanitary napkin dispensers.
Sweep and disinfect all hard floors.
Empty all wastebaskets; reline trash receptacles in restrooms and classrooms.
Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.
Clean all partition glass on the interior doors and spaces.
Vacuum all carpeted areas.
Wipe down door handles.
Wipe down counters and tables with disinfectant cleaner in workroom/teacher lounge.
Clean inside and outside of kitchen appliances.

HOURS:
2:00PM-9:30PM

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Per Paradise Schools Calendar
EVALUATION: At least annually by the Executive Director
