We are waterworks manufacturer that is family owned and operated for 60+ years. Our customer base is nation wide and include Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Day to Day Job Responsibilities:

Monthly budgeting & variance analysis
Monthly PNLs, balance sheets, financial reporting & analysis for the CEO
Daily Bank reconciliation and cash management
Making sure the payables are up to date and well within aging
Following up the receivables. Making sure the dues are received within the time on Invoice
To ensure configuration of GL, cash flow, A/P, A/R, and payroll process
To manage accounting and monthend closing process
GL accounting, daily bank reconciliations, financial management
To reconcile and analyze financial statements, bank statements, processed receivables/payables
To reconcile and verify bank transaction history, updated spreadsheet schedules, account balances
To prepare journal entries, test transactions and journal entries, provided detail support for balances
Other accounting related tasks

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare monthend journal entries for financial statements
Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations
Preparing monthend journal entries
Prepare journal entries and month end account reconciliations
Prepare Corporate accounting journal entries and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare journal entries, accounting reconciliations and monthend close procedures
Importing journal entries into accounting software
