Shifts Available: 2nd/3rd Swing Shift

Must be available for weekends

Qualifications:

Job Duties:

  • Obtains information by answering telephone calls, verifying information, call handling per client's procedure.
  • Informs callers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
  • Maintains client records by updating account information.
  • Helps callers in distress by responding to emergencies.
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains security by following procedures
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
