Job Description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Route and troubleshoot inquiries related to training course issues
- Set up and manage assignment profiles and direct assignments
- Manage rosters and end user transcripts
- Troubleshoot assignment and reporting issues
- Support operational activities
Knowledge and Skills:
- CSOD expertise or certification
- Deep knowledge of Reporting 2.0
- Experience building and automating custom report
- Understanding of systems' integrations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience/education
- Previous experience (4+ years) in a learning and development systems role
- Understanding of LMS systems capabilities
- Experience working crossfunctionally
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict timelines
Pay Range:
$55-60/hr
