    Description

    Join Our Team as Bakery Production Supervisor at Aspire Bakeries

    Are you passionate about working in a fast-paced bakery environment? Do you have experience in coordinating production schedules and ensuring product quality? If so, Aspire Bakeries is looking for you! As a Bakery Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the manufacturing and packing of bread products to meet customer demands.

    As a North American baking company, Aspire Bakeries takes pride in its innovative food portfolio which includes a variety of delicious baked goods. With a commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and plan weekly production schedules.
    • Ensure job safety and conduct accident investigations if needed.
    • Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
    • Recommend and implement changes to improve production methods and product quality.
    • Resolve worker issues and maintain a clean work area.
    • Document production records and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work in compliance with safety and quality assurance protocols.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant bakery/food manufacturing experience.
    • Minimum of two years of bakery operation experience.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Flexibility to work weekends.
    • Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

    Shift: All (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
