    ACTS-Aviation Security Inc. is looking for an Operations Supervisor at the Boston Logan International Airport.

    Established in 2001, ACTS-Aviation Security is a key player in providing security solutions to the US aviation industry. As a subsidiary of ICTS Europe, the company specializes in security services encompassing catering, aircraft, and cargo screening. With headquarters in Chicago and operations in over 30 US airports, ACTS guarantees top-notch security expertise and innovation.     Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 per year

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support ACTS Leads and Security Agents based on customer requirements.
    • Assist in scheduling and managing Security Agents.
    • Liaison for Airline Customers, Catering units, and Government Authorities.
    • Maintain security records as per regulations.
    • Conduct audits of employee performance.
    • Ensure all security standards are met.
    • Report activities to management.
    • Provide training to employees.
    • Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain Security Agents.
    • Enforce disciplinary actions if needed.
    • Adhere to collective bargaining agreements.
    • Perform other duties assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of airport/warehouse management experience
    • 3 years of supervisory experience in aviation security
    • Familiarity with airline and Catering Security regulations
    • US Citizenship required
    • Knowledge of Cargo Screening procedures
