Description

• Proficiency in reading and understanding plans and specifications
• Perform takeoffs to determine accurate scope of work
• Ability to calculate labor, material and all other costs associated with a project
• Working knowledge in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Assist in the creation of proposals, RFI's and Change orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be self motivated with excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask
• Salary compensation will be competitive based upon experience and skill level.

• Knowledge of Onscreen Takeoff software or similar program is beneficial.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the USA. SST card is required.
