Employee (m/f/d) Space/Occupancy Management, CAD Planning

***full-time hours per week) initially limited to 2 years.

Your responsibilities:

Database maintenance using the Facility Management System (FAMOS)
Linking existing CAD plans with the database
Creating CAD plans for space management and management of technical systems
Participation in room planning and allocation for all universityowned and leased spaces
Participation in the needs description for leased spaces for university use
Comparison of space management in the context of appointment procedures
Central point of contact for users in leased spaces

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a real estate clerk, real estate assistant, construction draftsman or comparable qualification
Professional experience is desirable
Independent and reliable way of working
Confident appearance, good oral and written expression
Experience with a CAFM, e.g. FAMOS, is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel
